Hop Gun IPA

With slick images of fighter planes dropping bombs and missiles made out of hops, there's an anticipation built about what lies beneath the cap. Will my tooth enamel be stripped? Will I ever be able to taste anything else again? Luckily, the sorties aren't about shock and awe, but about tactical placement. The beer pours golden with a nice off white head. Fleshy fruit, kiwi, and strawberry burst forth from the super tropical hops used. It's backed up with a medium body that moves from crisp carbonated hit to big bitter West Coast style middle, to a moderately sweet finish. Considering the trends in IPAs, the alcohol by volume is relatively low as well. It's like a West Coast - East Coast IPA mashup that seems to work and work well.
Beer Description from Brewery
If you're looking for hops, we've got your tail. Hop Gun IPA delivers a payload of good ol' American hops straight to your palate, bursting forth with the flavors of grapefruit and pineapple. A careful dose of smooth caramel malts swoop in to balance out the finish - just like any good wingman should.
